FUGO takes over the facility in Zgorzelec
Fugo sp. z o.o. takes over the plant in Zgorzelec, which was once part of the company’ structures. This plant will allow to increase the production capacity of Fugo and will also complement the technical potential of the plant in Konin.

By decision of the new Management Board composed of:
– Leszek Zagórski – Member of the Management Board
– Kamil Zagórski – Member of the Management Board
– Robert Zagórski – Member of the Management Board was to suspend the liquidation process.

New investor in Fugo.
Fugo sp. z o.o. was taken over on 04.03.2021 by the Polish family capital group LKR. The new investor plans to restore production and develop the enterprise.
